• What types of shoes you make?

  We can make a wide range of shoes including running shoes, casual shoes, basketball shoes, soccer shoes, tennis shoes, hiking boots etc...

• What markets/regions do you export?

  We export to North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

• What is your monthly production capacity?

  Our monthly production capacity is 500,000 pairs of shoes. We are able to scale up/down to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring timely delivery.

• Do you have quality control?

  We are committed to transparency in our operations. We have a professional QC (Quality Control) and QA (Quality Assurance) team in place to ensure the quality of shoes.

• Do you offer semi-finished shoe product?

  We offer semi-finished product and shoe accessories, such as uppers, insoles, laces, soles, upper materials, buckles, and more.

• Do you have records of any relevant audits?

  Yes. Our company undergoes regular third-party audits to ensure compliance with international standards, including BSCI, GRS, ROSH, Disney and other necessary certifications.

Sales Questions

• What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  For each shoe style and size range, a minimum order of 1,800 pairs allows for 3 different colors. For our in-stock own-brand styles, the minimum order quantity starts at 20 pairs per color.

• Can you do the small MOQ order?

  Yes, we can. For some client’s small MOQ need, we have some type of shoes and solution for these clients. Please contact us, we will show you what we can do.

• Do you offer customization and other services for packaging?

  Yes, we offer packaging customization options to meet your specific needs. This includes custom designs, branding elements, and various packaging materials.

• What is the time and cost for sampling?

  The time required to develop a sample typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. As for the cost, for new clients, there is a sample fee, which can be refunded against bulk orders. In special cases, we are open to discussing cost-sharing arrangements—please contact us for more detailed information.

• What is the lead time for production and delivery?

  The lead time for production and delivery typically ranges from 5 to 7 weeks, depending on the order size, and current production schedule.

Logistics and Delivery Questions

• What are your delivery terms?

  Our delivery terms are typically based on FOB, CIF, EXW, etc, which can be customized according to your specific needs.

• Which port do you primarily ship from?

  We primarily ship from Xiamen and Qingdao, we can also ship from other ports to ensure the on-time delivery.

• How do you deliver, and how long does it take?

  For samples, we typically deliver via express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc, ensuring quick and reliable delivery. For bulk orders, we generally ship by sea or air freight, depending on your location and urgency. The production and delivery timeline for bulk orders ranges from 3 to 6 weeks after the order is confirmed. We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery to your designated port or location.
