We invest $70+ in R&D every year. This means we have a dedicated R&D team that is keen to invent and launch new products every year, not only to stay one step ahead in the industry, but also to provide customers with more choices to meet customized requirements.
Our production capacity can reach 500,000 pairs per month, which means we have enough capacity to handle with large quantities of manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery. In addition, due to our manufacturing flexibility, if customers have small MOQ production needs, we can also meet them.
At Naikeway, we strive for really great quality. Our rigorous quality control process is overseen by In-house Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams that look after each stage of production, from material selection to the final assembly of each pair of shoes.
We utilize advanced tests; stress tests, wear tests, environmental tests that ensure our shoes satisfy the durability and safety standards.
We have a professional team that checks the raw materials (sole, shoelaces etc.) to be sure production quality is upheld.
Before each pair of shoes get packed, there is a quality control station at the end of each production line to conduct a final inspection of each pair of shoes.
