Tennis shoes are a type of functional sport shoes designed for tennis scenes, which are widely used in professional competitions, amateur training and daily leisure sports markets. Its design focuses on accommodating high-frequency forward and backward sprints and side-to-side traverses, with excellent support, abrasion resistance and slip resistance. Due to the similar sports characteristics, tennis shoes are highly compatible with badminton shoes in terms of structural design and material selection, and the two are often integrated into the same functional series by sports brands, taking into account multi-scene applications.

From a manufacturing point of view, tennis shoes are usually designed with deep and thin staggered sole patterns to cope with a variety of surfaces such as hard courts, grass and clay. The midsole is made of MD or foam material to enhance cushioning, while TPU stabilizers are added to the midfoot or heel to improve overall support and torsional resistance. The upper is commonly used TPU, and high-end tennis shoes will use KPU hot paste, engineering mesh and other materials to take into account breathability, wear resistance and wrapping feeling.
